KVHC-LP is a low-power (active) licensed television station in Kerrville, Texas, broadcasting to the Texas Hill Country including Kerr, Gillespie, Bandera, and Kendall County, Texas. KVHC-LP is owned and operated by the current FCC license owner, Mary R. Silver. KVHC-LP currently broadcasts in analog on UHF channel 15 as an affiliate of Retro TV. In addition to their affiliate programming, KVHC-LP produces local programming including half-hour programs like "Hill Country Lawyer" and "Heart of the Hill Country". KVHC-LP also broadcasts several local and statewide produced Church services airing each Wednesday night and on Sundays.
