Kudippady
Kudippady also called as Kodiipady is a village in Puttur Taluk of Dakshina Kannada district, India, around 6 km from Puttur in Puttur Taluk. It is also 4 km from Kabaka and 48 km from Mangalore. Horticulture is the main occupation of people in and around Kodippady village. Areca nut, cocoa, pepper, coconut, and banana are grown here.
The majority of the population consists of Muslims, Hindus, and Catholics, and the main languages spoken are Malayalam, Tulu, Konkani, Kannada and Beary.
The village is famous for the Rahmaniya masjidh, Janardhana Temple.Kudippady is surrounded by a dense forest called Balnadu, kemmale.
