KTLR (890 AM, "Community Talk 890 AM") is a radio station serving the Oklahoma City metropolitan area with a News/ Talk format. The station is currently under ownership of Stanton Nelson, through licensee WPA Radio, LLC.

Because it shares the same frequency as Class A clear channel station WLS-AM in Chicago, Illinois, KTLR operates only during the daytime hours.
