The station is owned by the Entravision Communications Corporation, as part of a duopoly with Univision affiliate KINT-TV (channel 26). The two stations share studio facilities located on North Mesa Street/ Highway 20 in northwest El Paso, and its transmitter is located atop the Franklin Mountains on the El Paso city limits. On cable, the station is available on Time Warner Cable channel 5.
