What is "krokos"

Krokos (called Γκόβλιτσα, Govlitsa or Гоблица before 1927, today sometimes still called with the name Gomblitsa or Γκόμπλιτσα) is a small Greek town (κωμόπολη / komopoli) of five thousand inhabitants, only 5 km south of the city of Kozani in the geographical region of Macedonia, in Greece. It was the seat of the municipality of Elimeia. Krokos has a modern telecommunications infrastructure, including broadband internet availability by means of ADSL.
