Kozliv
Kozliv is an urban-type settlement in the Kozova Raion ( district) of Ternopil Oblast ( province) in western Ukraine. Its population is 1,939 as of the 2001 Ukrainian Census. Kozliv was first founded in 1467, and it acquired the status of an urban-type settlement in 1961.
The name Kozliv stems from the Ukrainian noun kozel, meaning ram.
