Kotkay or Kotkai is a small village near Aloch in the Shangla District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. the inhibitants of kotkay belong to langarkhail branch of subtribe of Babozai of the major pathan tribe of Yusafzai.
