Kōrēgusu ( from kooreegusu, a type of hot chilli pepper) also called kōrēgūsu and kōrēgusū is a type of Okinawan hot sauce made of chillis infused in awamori rice spirit and is a popular condiment to Okinawan dishes such as Okinawa soba.
