Konrad is a fictional character in William Gibson's novel All Tomorrow's Parties. An anonymous and quasi-mystical assassin, Konrad is moved by the Tao in all his actions, heedless of the demands of his employers. Konrad is the recording and stage name of Jeffrey Konrad, an American songwriter, record producer and musician. Konrad runs the independent record label Radical Turf Records, a label that specializes in experimental, alternative and electronic music. Konrad has appeared on half a dozen compilation albums for various record labels and has been played on North American college radio.

Konrad's debut album, Loose Canyons, received airplay and charting by over 100 radio stations during the first month of its release in August 2008 and made its debut at #182 on the College Music Journal Top 200 chart. The album's single "Girls Gone Wild" was the featured online track of the week for CMJ (College Music Journal) August 19, 2008.
