Konaipally is a village in the Medak district of Telangana, India. It falls under the Nangnur mandal. It is located 12.5 km distance from its constituency Siddipet. This village is three kilometres from Mundrai (which lies on Siddipet-Husnabd road). Lord Sri Venkateshwara temple is the center of attraction for the village, which was constructed by the villagers 56 years ago. Every February there a theertha is conducted for three days. On these days, the first day is for Venkateswara Kalyanam, the second day for bullet cart competitions, and the third day for Annadanam (a traditional "offering of food") . The present chief minister of Telangana, Shree Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, trust this god a lot and this temple is known as his sentiment temple. Nalla pochamma, Maisamma temples are famous for Bonalu.The main revenue of the village is derived from agriculture.
Konaipally is a very clean and green village in Nangnur Mandal, and is famous for its mango gardens. It also exports mangoes out of state.
