The station is owned by HERO Broadcasting. KMOH maintains studio facilities located on McCullough Boulevard in Lake Havasu City, and its transmitter is located atop Black Mountain, near Oatman.
The station's programming is simulcast on low-power translator station KEJR-LD ( UHF digital channel 40) in Phoenix.
