What is "kilimani"

Kilimani is a residential area in Nairobi's Westlands administrative division. It is also an electoral ward of Nairobi County in Dagoretti North Constituency. Kilimani is located west of central Nairobi and adjacent Upper Hill estate. Kilimani is located South of Lavington and north of Woodley. The neighbourhood has historically been primarily low-density residential, but since 2000 has become increasingly high-density residential along with commercial - both retail and offices.

Kilimani is an administrative ward in the Dodoma Urban district of the Dodoma Region of Tanzania. According to the 2002 census, the ward has a total population of 4,280.
