Khurai
Khurai is a city in Sagar District and a municipality in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is located on the north east region of Madhya Pradesh. The name 'Khurai' is said to be derived with a phrase "The place called as 'KHU'da, 'RA'm and 'I'sa ki nagari = KHURAI"
Khurai (Vidhan Sabha constituency)
Khurai Vidhan Sabha constituency is one of the 230 Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) constituencies of Madhya Pradesh state in central India. This constituency came into existence in 1951, as one of the 184 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of Madhya Pradesh state. It was reserved for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled castes till 2008.
