Khash (dish)

Khash (, , ), kale pache (, ), pacha (, , , , ), or kakaj šürpi is a dish of boiled cow or sheep's feet and/or head, although other cow parts, such as the head and stomach ( tripe) may also be used. It is a traditional dish in Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Mongolia, and Turkey.
