The station is part of a simulcast with KAZE, licensed to Ore City, Texas and serves the Longview area, which broadcasts at 106.9 MHz with an ERP of 8.2 kW. Both stations are owned by Reynolds Radio. Studios are located on Grande Boulevard south of downtown Tyler, and KBLZ's transmitter is located east of Tyler in Smith County.
