Kavaloi , is a group of three uninhabited Greek islets, close to the coast of Lasithi, eastern Crete. The close group comprises the islets Anavatis (Αναβάτης "rider"), Kavallos , and Kefali (Κεφαλή "head"). Administratively the islets are part of the municipal unit Lefki.
