Karuparai is a village belongs to kalpadi[post] ,Nagercoil, Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, India.
More than 5,000 families reside in the village. All the people are from one religion and all are related to each other. The town is governed by the Kalkulam Taluk and Vellimalai Town Panchayat.
Temples in the village include the Ulakalanthal Amman Koil Temple, situated in the centre of the village. There is a Pooja performed both morning and evening. The temple hosts a major festival in the second week of March each year in a grand manner. Every person belongs this village mingled every year in this festival.
