Kalbajar-Lachin
Kalbajar-Lachin is de jure one of nine economic Regions of Azerbaijan, but de facto all the territory lies in the territory controlled by the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.
It was created by the 1991 Azerbaijani Law on Abolishment of Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast.
It is intersected by the proposed Lachin corridor.
