It is one of rajput dominated village of Bihar but many minority communities also live in harmony here. Jogiara, a place of historical achievement in the period of Muslims Emperor, this village has not been suppress for paying the Land revenue due to the bravery action taken. Mithila Maharaja Sir Kameshwar Singh , also known as Darbhanga Maharaja, never levied any land tax on this village, even awarded a 51 gold coins medal for the extra achievement to Mr. Govind Lal S/o, Banshi Lal , Younger brother of Mr. Mahabir Lal . Mr. Govind Lal was also a freedom fighter who's family denied to take any compensation. Jogiara is a village of very royalist behaviour nature. In comparison to other village of Bihar this village support the promotion of democracy among the inhabitants without any cast and clan issues.
