The company was created in 1998 by brothers Nathan and Mark Laurie who created a business to help their friends find work. The target demographic today are young people between the ages of 14 and 28.
The site includes job opportunities along with company profiles, career resource articles, and informative industry reports to help guide students about careers within certain industries.
The website serves only Canadian students and only posts career opportunities for Canadian Companies.
