What is "jhunjhunu"

Jhunjhunu is a town in the state of Rajasthan, India and the administrative headquarters of Jhunjhunu District. It is located 180 km away from Jaipur, 220 km from Bikaner and 240 km from Delhi. The town is famous for the frescos on its grand havelis. The Rani Sati temple is located in Jhunjhunu.

Jhunjhunu Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 25 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in Rajasthan state in western India.

Jhunujhunu Constituency covers all voters from parts of Jhunjhunu tehsil, which include ILRC Jhunjhunu including Jhunjhunu Municipal Board and Bagar Municipal Board; and ILRC Kulod Kalan, and parts of Chirawa tehsil which include Chanana, Solana, Kishorepura, Kithana, Sultana and Sari of ILRC Sultana.
