JCorps

JCorps is a defunct international volunteer group for Jewish young adults, aged 18 to 30. Through 2014, it was most recently active in New York City, and partly or previously active in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Denver, Boulder, Montreal, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Beer Sheva, and Chicago. It is a non-denominational, independent organization.

JCorps volunteers in groups of 20, so that volunteers can, as is JCorps's motto, "Make Friends, and Make a Difference."

JCorps has had volunteers from over 180 colleges and universities, over 500 companies, and over 20 countries. Volunteers were notified about events via email, Facebook and Twitter and must sign up at the JCorps website, to attend any event.
