What is "ispsd"

ISPSD (International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs) is a conference held annually on power semiconductor devices. The most recent conference, which was the 28th ISPSD, was held in Prague, in the Czech Republic on June 2016. The 29th conference, ISPSD2017, will be held in Sapporo, Japan on May 28-June 1, 2017. The conferences are held in North America, Europe and Asia on a rotating basis. The conference handles various topics related to power semiconductor devices, recently focusing on Gallium Nitride and Silicon Carbide devices.
