What is "ishlykly"

Ishlykly is a traditional dish similar to pizza, but covered with dough. It is often prepared for special guests especially in the Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and other places where Turkmens live.

The ishlykly consists of a two-layer dough and a meat vegetable mixture inside. Most commonly, sheep meat is used as cow and goat meat gets tallow.
