Imiekuri
Imiekuri is a town in Okpella Etsako East, Edo, Nigeria, a village under the larger Okpella clan, which plays hosts to the only cement company in the state - Edo Cement Company Limited. Imiekuri largely an agrarian community, which is known for the large production of such cash crops as cocoa and palm oil. It is also known to be a large producer of yams, garri, mangoes, and many more.
However, for more than 200 years since this community settled in this hilly terrain, it has been in the backwaters of civilization save for last year when the Federal Government connected it to electricity.
