Hydrodytes is a genus of beetles in the family Dytiscidae, containing the following species:
- Hydrodytes dodgei (Young, 1989)
- Hydrodytes inaciculatus (Guignot, 1957)
- Hydrodytes opalinus (Zimmermann, 1921)
