Hpa-An
Hpa-An ( ; also spelled Pa-An) is the capital of Karen State (also known as Kayin State), Myanmar. Hpa-An is the largest and most populated city in Karen State and it population estimates vary widely as no census has been taken in Myanmar since 1983, and the 2014 census has not yet released the populations of cities. The population as of the 2014 census is 421,575. Most of the people are Karen ethnic.
