How About We is an online dating and relationships company that has four core products: HowAboutWe Dating, HowAboutWe for Couples, HowAboutWe Media and a free app, You&Me. The Brooklyn-based company was launched in 2010, founded by Aaron Schildkrout and Brian Schechter and has raised more than $22 million in funding as of September 2013. The company reported having over 2.3 million users as of January 2014.
In July 2014, HowAboutWe (except for the Couples business) was acquired by IAC.
