Hipnosis (Cuban band)

Hipnosis is a rock band from Marianao, La Habana, Cuba. Formed in 2001, the band rose to national fame in 2004 with its debut video, The Chosen One. Hipnosis fuses varied influences taken from heavy metal, thrash, doom and grunge styles. They arrived in the United States on July 21, 2013 and requested political asylum. They now reside in Pembroke Pines, FL.

Hipnosis (Italian band)

Hipnosis (spelt "Hypnosis" for releases outside of Italy), were an Italian Italo disco group, best remembered for their cover of Vangelis' track " Pulstar", which went Top 10 in Germany and Top 20 in Switzerland in 1983. They are also remembered for their hits, " Oxygene" (1983), a cover of Jean-Michel Jarre's 1976 superhit and " Droid" (1987).

Hipnosis (Jackie McLean album)

Hipnosis is a studio album by saxophonist Jackie McLean, featuring selections recorded for Blue Note Records in the 1960s, but not released until 1978. The album was released in the US as a two-fer (BN-LA 483-H2), which included five tracks from a 1967 session, plus six tracks recorded in 1962 later appeared on the CD reissue of Vertigo (see #6-11). In Japan, it was released the same year as a standard LP (ST-83022) with a different cover, featuring only the 1967 tracks.
