Himmatwala is a 1998 Hindi-language Indian feature film directed by Jayant Gilatar, starring Mithun Chakraborty and Ayesha Jhulka in lead roles. Other important roles were portrayed by Shakti Kapoor, Dina Pathak, Tiku Talsania and Tinnu Anand. The film introduces Rajesh Sharma and Radhika.

Starring Jeeternda, Sridevi in the lead roles and music composed by Bappi Lahri. The film is a remake of Telugu movie Ooriki Monagadu (1981), starring Krishna and Jaya Prada in lead roles. Himmatwala (Brave Man) is a 2013 Indian action comedy film directed by Sajid Khan and jointly produced by UTV Motion Pictures and Vashu Bhagnani. The film features Ajay Devgan and Tamannaah in the lead roles. It is an official remake of 1983 film of the same name by K. Raghavendra Rao which was in turn a remake of 1981 Telugu cinema Ooriki Monagadu. The film was released on 29 March 2013 . This movie marks a comeback for actress Tamannaah who debut with 2005 year released movie Chand Sa Roshan Chehra
