What is "harveylands"

Harveylands is a name of a map under which most Harvey Comics title characters were depicted as living in the same area. It was designed by writer Mike Curtis, based on Irish Bayou in Louisiana. This was the first pro comic work by Curtis. It was done to establish continuity in his scripts, but editor Ken Selig liked it and ran it.
