Hamboards

Hamboards is a Southern California company that produces landsurfing, land paddling and street SUP equipment, accessories and apparel.

Hamboards are intended to be ridden barefoot, like surfboards. During the Hamborg's appearance on Shark Tank, they were barefoot. Gus and his brothers always ride barefoot. Most promotional materials, such as videos show barefoot riders

Initially created by Pete Hamborg as a garage hobby to teach his five sons and friends how to surf away from water, Hamboards has evolved into an international business that currently produces several variations of the longboard and skateboard, including The Classic, Pinger, Logger, Fish, Huntington Hop, Pescadito, Biscuit and Street Sweeper street stand up paddles.

The company has been featured on Shark Tank on ABC, on which it was offered a $300,000 investment from businessman Robert Herjavec in exchange for a 30% stake in the company.
