Wikipedia Güneyçartar Güneyçartar (also, Gioune-Tchartar, Gyune-Chertaz, and Gyuneychartar ) is a village de jure in the Khojavend Rayon of Azerbaijan, de facto in the Martuni Rayon of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
