Grignasco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about northeast of Turin and about northwest of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,803 and an area of .
The municipality of Grignasco contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ara, Bertolotto, Bovagliano, Ca' Marietta, Carola, Garodino, Pianaccia, Torchio, Sagliaschi, and Isella.
Grignasco borders the following municipalities: Boca, Borgosesia, Prato Sesia, Serravalle Sesia, and Valduggia.
