Founded in 2000, Gotuit was privately held and funded by Highland Capital Partners, Atlas Venture, Motorola, and private investors. Gotuit was acquired by Digitalsmiths which is privately held and funded by Chrysalis Ventures, The Aurora Funds, .406 Ventures, and Cisco Systems.
