The Golden Orange apple is an apple cultivar that was first developed in the Italy in the 1970s (released 1996) by crossing PRI 1956-6 and Ed Gould Golden apples. Resistant to scab. Moderate vigor, spreading habit and medium-late blooming season, fruit is moderately large (167 g) and symmetric, skin is smooth, no russeting ripens some days after Golden delicious, the fruit is very attractive, and it has a large, good storage ability.
