Goanet is a mailing list related to the state of Goa, located on the western coast of India. It was started in 1994 and, in 2015, completed 21 years of operation. Primarily an email-based network (with smaller operations on Facebook and the web, it has been considered influential in linking Goans across the globe, specially in the diaspora.
