Globulimeter \Glob`u*lim"e*ter\, n. [Globule + -meter.] (Physiol.) An instrument for measuring the number of red blood corpuscles in the blood.

Note: The method depends on the differences of tint obtained by mixing a sample of the blood with sodium carbonate solution.
