Glasul , known later as "Glasul NaĊ£iunii" , was the first newspaper in the Republic of Moldova to appear in the Latin alphabet during the dying years of the Soviet Union. "Glasul NaĊ£iunii" was founded in 1988 by Leonida Lari.
