Cow tree \Cow" tree`\ (kou" tr?`). [Cf. SP. palo de vaca.] (Bot.) A tree ( Galactodendron utile or Brosimum Galactodendron) of South America, which yields, on incision, a nourishing fluid, resembling milk.
