"G-Slide (Tour Bus)" is the second single from the rap artist Lil Mama's debut album, VYP: Voice of the Young People. The song is co-written and produced by Dr. Luke and features Kadar of Familiar Faces.
The chorus to the song is set to the tune of " The Wheels on the Bus", a popular infant's rhyme.
The song's style is similar to rapper Jibbs' " Chain Hang Low" as both choruses sample a nursery rhyme and the verses have a very rap-influenced beat.
The song was featured in the film I'm in Love with a Stripper. The song only received a commercial release in New Zealand, in the U.S. the commercial single was cancelled. However, after the film How She Move was released in movie theaters, the song resurfaced for a short period of time garnering enough airplay to chart it on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles.
Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana made an unofficial remix to this song called "Do My Thang". This song is also referenced in the Superspiz song "Make You Dance".
