Fumous

Fumous \Fum"ous\, a. [L. fumosus, fr. fumus smoke: cf. F. fumeux.]

  1. Producing smoke; smoky.

  2. Producing fumes; full of fumes.

    Garlic, onions, mustard, and such-like fumous things.
