Fomena (Ghana parliament constituency)
Fomena is one of the constituencies represented in the Parliament of Ghana. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. Nkoranza North is located in the Adansi North district of the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
At the by-election held on 23 January 2007, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate, Nana Abu Bonsra, won the seat with an increased majority.
Fomena
Fomena is a small town and is the capital of Adansi North, a district in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. The town is known for the T.I. Ahmadiyya Senior High School. The school is a second cycle institution.
