Fluoroberyllate
A fluoroberyllate is a compound of fluorine and beryllium with other elements. The main kinds are the tetrafluoroberyllates (BeF), the trifluoroberyllates (equivalent to BeF), polymeric fluoroberyllates (which can crystallise in the same form as silica containing minerals) and fluoroberyllate glass.
