FlashDP (pronounced as Flash D.P.) is a mobile web application for creating custom animated graphics. It was developed by Neo Ighodaro and the first public release of FlashDP was in early 2013. It was developed primarily for BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) users who may wish to use these free animated GIF pictures as their BBM display pictures.
