Fight or Flight (Star Trek: Enterprise)

__NOTOC__ "Fight or Flight" is the third episode (production #103) of the television series Star Trek: Enterprise. "Fight or Flight" was written by Brannon Braga and Rick Berman. Allan Kroeker served as director for the episode; he had previously directed "Endgame," the finale of Star Trek: Voyager.

The human starship Enterprise encounters an alien ship that is their first chance of first contact, but find hull breaches and no activity. Captain Archer, Ensign Sato, and Lieutenant Reed board the ship to investigate, and on the ship, Sato soon faces her fears.

Fight or Flight (EP)

Fight or Flight is the third EP by the British rock band Turin Brakes. It was released by Source Records in 2000 on CD and 7" vinyl. The band's first album, The Optimist LP, was almost finished, but the record label decided the band should gain more exposure, and therefore this EP was released. The title refers to an emergency reaction in which the body prepares for combat or escape from potentially dangerous situations, animals or people.

"Fight or Flight" is the fifth episode of the second season of the NBC science fiction drama series Heroes. It aired on October 22, 2007. This episode marks the first appearance of Elle, played by Kristen Bell, credited as a series regular. David Anders ( Takezo Kensei) is also credited as a series regular from this episode.

Fight or Flight is a 2007 documentary film produced by Peter J McCarthy and directed by McCarthy and Shane Sutton. The film won "Best Foreign Documentary" at the Long Island Film Festival as well as "Best Documentary" at festivals in Hamburg, Toronto and California. The film took over five years to make and was first premiered at the DocNz International film festival in Auckland, New Zealand in October 2007. It is based on a man's journey into the heart of Thai boxing ( Muay Thai boxing) in Thailand. The film was funded by the Irish Film Board. The production involved two years of travelling throughout Thailand's ring fighting scene. Fight or Flight was in production at the same time Ong Bak was released. Fight or Flight is being broadcast in 2010 on Halogen TV (USA), Viasat (Scandinavia & Eastern Europe) and Filmmaster (Italy).

Fight or Flight (Emily Osment album)

Fight or Flight is the debut studio album by American pop singer-songwriter Emily Osment. The album was released in Canada on September 28, 2010, and in the US October 5, 2010 by Wind-Up Records. She has worked with producers from her previous musical efforts such as Matthew Bair, as well as Toby Gad, Nellee Hooper and Mandi Perkins. Fight or Flight mainly draws from the genre of dance-pop while incorporating electropop, and containing dancehall and techno, among other influences. Lyrical themes include topics of love, freedom, and the joy of living in the moment. Osment wrote all of the songs on the album, with a degree of guidance from several songwriters, including Ron Aniello.

The album has received generally positive reviews from critics, with most stating it is an improvement from her debut EP All the Right Wrongs. The album peaked at number seventy-two in Spain and debuted in the US at number 170 on the Billboard 200 chart. The single " Let's Be Friends", debuted and peaked at number twenty-four on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 chart, making the song Osment's first top-thirty hit as a single and her most successful single to date. In addition, the single was also successful in Germany, peaking at number sixty-seven and remained in the German chart for over six weeks. The follow up single, " Lovesick", was also a commercial success, peaking at number sixty-six in Canada, making it her highest charting single there. It also became her first to chart in the UK, where it peaked at number fifty-seven.

Osment promoted the album mainly through musical performances and touring. She has performed the album's lead single, "Let's Be Friends" on The Dome 55 in Germany, as well as on the Canadian television show Toronto Breakfast Television, in which the song was performed acoustically. The single was also premiered and performed live during her Clap Your Hands Tour during 2010. On December 23, 2010, Osment performed the album's second official single, "Lovesick" on The View. During 2011, she performed on several television networks in Germany in support of the album. The performances included Osment performing "Lovesick", and one performance saw Osment performing her previous single, " All the Way Up".

In the episode, Mitchell and Cameron organize a baby shower for Sal but things get weird when after a while, they cannot find Sal and they believe that she left her son behind. Mitchell and Cameron want to adopt a second kid but so do Pepper and Ronaldo. Manny attends cooking classes but there is a kid there who is picking on him. Gloria insists that Jay has to teach Manny how to defend himself and fight against that bully. Phil and Claire return from a reunion weekend with Phil's cheerleader friends from college, which was a nightmare for Claire. Due to the bad weekend, Claire takes the First class seat that was offered to them without caring that this will hurt Phil. Alex and Haley find out that Luke likes a new girl but when he tells them that he did not break up with the girl he was already seeing, they decide to help him break up without hurting the girl's feelings.
