Faravahar
The Farvahar ( Persian: فروهر) also known Far-e Kiyani ( Persian: فر کیانی) is one of the best-known symbols of ancient Iran (Persia), Iranian nationalism and Zoroastrianism. The Farvahar is the most worn pendant amongst Iranians and has become a secular national symbol, rather than a religious symbol because it has been absconded with by non-Zoroastrians, although its Zoroastrian roots should not be ignored.
