Faltyjanki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Miłomłyn, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately east of Miłomłyn, north-west of Ostróda, and west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
