Faithful is a term used as a noun in Roman Catholicism to refer to baptised Catholics.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church defines the term as

"those who, inasmuch as they have been incorporated in Christ through Baptism, have been constituted as the people of God; for this reason, since they have become sharers in Christ's priestly, prophetic, and royal office in their own manner, they are called to exercise the mission which God has entrusted to the Church to fulfill in the world, in accord with the condition proper to each one." (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 871; Code of Canon Law 204)
Faithful (book)

Faithful is a book co-written by Stephen King and Stewart O'Nan. It chronicles exchanges between King and O'Nan about the Red Sox's season, beginning with an e-mail in summer 2003, and throughout the 2004 season, from Spring Training to the World Series. The book was dedicated to the memory of Victoria Snelgrove, an Emerson College student who was killed during the massive celebrations after the 2004 ALCS, when she was shot in the face with pepper pellets by police officers that had been improperly trained and had responded with excessive force.

On May 4, 2007, the Boston Globe announced that HBO would be adapting it into a six-part miniseries for 2008. In September 2008, King wrote, "The script is just goddamn hilarious."

Books to Benefit will publish a 10th Anniversary limited edition of the book in the fall of 2014, with at least 30% of the proceeds going to The Haven Foundation.

Faithful (Dusty Springfield album)

Faithful is the title of Dusty Springfield's planned third album for Atlantic Records, and seventh recorded studio album overall, recorded in the first half of 1971. Two singles from the planned album, "I Believe In You" (b/w "Someone Who Cares"), and "Haunted" (b/w "Nothing Is Forever", a track not intended for the album) were released in the U.S. in the fall of 1971, but failed to chart nationally. Due to poor response from the two singles, and a rumoured falling out with Atlantic executives, Springfield's contract with the company was not renewed, and the planned album was shelved and never given a catalogue number or title.

Faithful was a working title, taken from the name of an album track, "I'll Be Faithful", which had possibly been under consideration as a third single. A fire in the mid-seventies at one of Atlantic's storage sites was thought to have destroyed the 'Faithful' session tapes, leaving only the two singles (and possible third single, as a mono mix existed into the nineties) and their b-sides from the sessions intact. However, in the nineties the album's producer, Jeff Barry, was asked about the sessions and revealed he had kept completed stereo mixes of all the tracks. Most were released as bonus tracks on the Rhino/Atlantic deluxe remastered edition of Dusty in Memphis in 1999, though "Someone Who Cares" and "Nothing is Forever" had been released on Springfield's UK-only 1972 album See All Her Faces.

In April 2015, Faithful was released as a proper album, forty-four years after its planned release was shelved. Additionally, Faithful marks Springfield's 14th studio album release, chronologically speaking, first in two decades, and first posthumous release. The release of the album as a standalone work, rather than a collection of bonus tracks, leaves only the planned 1974 release Longing as her lone remaining unreleased album.

The film was a quota quickie production, with an original screenplay by Brock Williams and music by Pierre Neuville. The plot deals with two pupils from a provincial music conservatory who elope, marry, and come to London to try their luck. The husband becomes a singer in a nightclub, and is soon targeted by a predatory socialite. They start an affair, the wife finds out about it and decides to leave her husband, until matters are smoothed over by a third-party who wishes the couple well. Faithful is now classed as a lost film.

Faithful is the third studio album from American contemporary R&B group Hi-Five, released October 26, 1993 via Jive Records. The album peaked at #105 on the Billboard 200 and at #23 on the Billboard R&B chart.

Four singles were released from the album: " Unconditional Love", "Never Should've Let You Go", "Faithful" and "What Can I Say to You (To Justify My Love)". "Never Should've Let You Go" was the most successful single from the album, peaking at #30 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1994. The album got little to no promotion.
