EuroKids is an Indian Education company founded in 2001.
In 1997, The company Started its operation with a Joint venture with Egmont Group (Denmark) & Indian Express Group. Publishing business was thereby commenced with launching of global titles in India like Disney, Mattel, Tin-Tin, Noddy.
In 2001, The Company started 2 Pilot Pre-Schools (Versova & Thane in Mumbai) & started the Franchising of Pre-Schools.
In 2004, A Management buyout was done bringing & the company renamed as EuroKids International Pvt Ltd.
In 2008, Educomp, India's largest K-12 content providing company acquired a 50% stake in EuroKids.
In 2009, EuroKids started their K-12 initiative EuroSchools for providing the continuity of education at higher grades.The First School EuroSchool Airoli was laucnhed in 2009 in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
